1. You can cancel your booking up to 4 Hours before the due time and date,for that you can cancel by calling or messaging on the customer care helpline.
2.If the driver reaches the location provided by you,then your advance fund is not obliged to provide the company.
3.Your fund will be returned in 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation of the booking is confirmed.
4.If the details given by you such as account number / upi code / bank code etc. are given wrong. You are responsible for that.
