1. Under the cancellation policy of Solo Cabs, you can cancel your booking at any time before the date and time of your pickup. For this, inform our customer support executive by email - [email protected] or on 08510808136. If you have received the details of the driver/taxi, then the balance amount will be given to you after deducting the cancellation fee.
1.3.1 In case the driver/taxi details are not shared by Solo Cabs, your advance amount will be refunded without deduction.
1.3.2 If the driver and taxi details have been shared by Solo Cabs then you are canceling the booking then the advance amount paid by you will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
1.3.3 Specific reason for cancellation of booking by the passenger (eg: illness, ticket cancellation, accidental problem, other acceptable circumstances). So in this situation, Solo Cabs will refund the advance amount for giving evidence.
1.3.4 The driver has arrived at your pickup location and will wait for you for 30 minutes. If you are not available near the cab/taxi or you are not able to get any kind of telephone. So in such a situation, the driver himself will be able to cancel your booking after informing Solo Cabs. And your advance amount will be treated as a cancellation fee.
1.3.5 In special circumstances, the cancellation of the ride is due to various factors such as flood, hailstorm, earthquake, epidemic, strike, war, riot, terrorism, natural phenomenon, or accidental event due to which the journey is not possible. Solo Cabs will pay the amount in advance without any cancellation charges.
2. If the driver reaches the location provided by you,then your advance fund is not obliged to provide the company.
2.1 Solo Cabs pays your advance amount within 7-10 working days as per their refund policy, if no technical issues arise.
2.2 If the details provided by you are incorrect like account number, UPI address, ifsc code, or other banking details. Solo Cabs does not take responsibility for this risk and will not compensate for any loss.
2.3 In case the car breaks down during your journey, Solo Cabs fails to get the car repaired or arrange for another car, the balance amount will be refunded after deducting the travel cost.
2.4 If the driver cancels the booking of the ride without assigning any reason and Solo Cabs fails to arrange another taxi, then your advance amount will be refunded without deduction.
2.5 Solo Cabs is not responsible if you provide any money, material, or anything other than the details mentioned in the invoice to the driver. You are responsible for this act.
2.6 Protect your material during the journey or the taxi/car may have something left in the form of material. Such a claim is not acceptable in Solo Cabs. As Solo Cabs is a third-party agency developed for your convenience.
2.7 During the trip of Solo Cabs, you must inform our customer executive about your change in the journey, who will re-invoice you according to your journey. If travel is possible under this circumstance.
2.8 In such event, misbehavior in the driver/car by the passenger, misbehavior or compulsion of the driver of any risk which is posing a danger to life and property. So Solo Cabs will immediately stop such travel and assist the drivers with the appropriate action.
2.9 In such a situation, the driver and the passenger interact with each other to alter the journey, which is not reported to Solo Cabs. So Solo Cabs does not take any responsibility for any problems or damages, and in the future, such drivers /Traveller is free to be blacklisted.
2.10 The refund amount will be refunded exactly as per the details of the channel from which it is received. Solo Cabs will be free to exercise its discretion.
