1. You can cancel your booking up to 4 Hours before the due time and date,for that you can cancel by calling or messaging on the customer care helpline.
2. If the driver reaches the location provided by you,then your advance fund is not obliged to provide the company.
3. Your fund will be returned in 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation of the booking is confirmed.
4. If the details given by you such as account number / upi code / bank code etc. are given wrong. You are responsible for that.
5. You may cancel your booking with us any time before the scheduled date and time of your pick-up only by calling us on our 24x7 Customer Care helpline number 8510-808-136. If you cancel when the driver/car details are provided you will be charged a cancellation fee.
